These Terms govern your use of the MograPay .NET Core Web Application, simulators, routing engine, intelligence modules, and all related services provided by MograPay.
Agreement Overview
By accessing or using MograPay, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using MograPay on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
By accessing or using MograPay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
If you are using MograPay on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
MograPay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the MograPay WebApp and related services for your internal business purposes.
- Access is provided solely for authorized users.
- You may configure simulators, routing rules, and analytics.
- You may integrate MograPay with approved systems.
All rights not expressly granted remain with MograPay.
MograPay provides simulators, orchestration tools, routing engines, intelligence modules, and dashboards designed for financial institutions, fintechs, processors, and payment innovators.
- Configure acquirer/issuer simulators.
- Build routing logic and decision trees.
- View wire-level logs and replay transactions.
- Use analytics, fraud scoring, and ML insights.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable laws and industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
MograPay processes simulated ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 messages for testing, routing, and analytics. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Data may include sensitive fields.
- You must tokenize or mask PANs where required.
- Access to logs is controlled by role-based permissions.
- Logs may be retained per your organization’s policy.
MograPay is not responsible for data improperly submitted to the platform.
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Introduce malware, bots, or harmful scripts.
- Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
- Use real cardholder data without proper authorization.
Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
MograPay is provided on an “as available” basis. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Scheduled maintenance may occur.
- Cloud infrastructure may experience outages.
- Updates may temporarily affect functionality.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes or disruptions.
We implement industry-standard security controls, but you also play a role in protecting your account and data.
- Maintain strong passwords and MFA.
- Protect credentials and API keys.
- Ensure authorized personnel manage access.
You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
MograPay includes fraud scoring, behavioral analytics, routing intelligence, and ML-based insights.
- Models may use anonymized or pseudonymized data.
- Analytics are for simulation and operational insights.
- Automated decisions do not produce legal effects.
You retain ownership of your data; MograPay retains ownership of platform models and algorithms.
Fees for MograPay services are defined in your organization’s agreement or subscription plan.
- Fees may include licensing, usage, or support.
- Payments must be made on time.
- Late payments may incur penalties.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
MograPay is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee error-free operation.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems.
You assume all risks associated with using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MograPay is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Damages arising from misuse or unauthorized access.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MograPay from claims arising out of:
- Your misuse of the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Data you submit to the platform.
This obligation survives termination of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MograPay at any time, with or without cause.
- Termination may occur for breach of these Terms.
- Non-payment of applicable fees may lead to suspension.
- You may terminate your account at any time per your agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your primary subscription agreement, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the designated courts of that jurisdiction.
MograPay reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform or via registered email.
Your continued use of MograPay following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms.
